Can I trial the Personal or Organization plan?
Yes. Email sales@playcanvas.com for an account upgrade code.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
Yes. Once you subscribe to the Personal or Organization plan, payment will automatically be taken on a monthly basis, on the day of the month when you first subscribed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Visit the home page of the account you wish to cancel (either your personal account or your organization's account). Select the 'ACCOUNT' tab, scroll down to the 'Current Plan' section and hit 'Cancel'.
What happens to my published apps when I cancel my subscription?
Your published apps will be completely unaffected if you cancel your subscription.
What happens to my private projects if I cancel my subscription?
Your private projects will become locked (inaccessible) when you cancel your subscription. To unlock them, you have two options: resubscribe to a plan or make the projects public.
Can I pay for a year's subscription in advance?
We can issue an online invoice for Organization subscriptions that are for 1 year or more. Place your order via sales@playcanvas.com.
What is the minimum subscription term?
The minimum term for a PlayCanvas subscription is 1 month. You can cancel at any time.
Is there a discount for educational use?
While we don't have a formal discount for education, contact us at sales@playcanvas.com and make a proposal.
Where can I get an invoice for my monthly payments?
Monthly invoices are e-mailed to the address of the person who activated the PlayCanvas subscription. Check your spam folder if you can't find them. Historical invoices can be found on your Account page.
