How do I cancel my subscription?
Visit the home page of the account you wish to cancel (either your personal account or your organization's account). Select the 'ACCOUNT' tab, scroll down to the 'Current Plan' section and hit 'Cancel'.
Does my subscription auto-renew?
Yes. If you subscribe to a PlayCanvas plan, payment will automatically be taken on a monthly basis, on the day of the month when you first subscribed.
Can I pay for a year's subscription in advance?
We can issue a Single Invoice for Organization subscriptions that are for 1 year or more. Single invoice can only be settled by bank transfer. Place your order via email@example.com.
What happens to my private projects if I cancel my subscription?
Your private projects will enter a locked state. To access them again, either make them public or resubscribe at a later date.
What is the minimum subscription term?
The minimum term for a PlayCanvas subscription is 1 month. You can cancel at any time.
Is there a discount for educational use?
While we don't have a formal discount for education, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and make a proposal.
Where can I get an invoice for my monthly payments?
Monthly invoices are e-mailed to the address of the person who activated the PlayCanvas subscription. Check your spam folder if you can't find them.
